How to Use the Xbar:
> If you need to quickly find information, or check if an account already exists, you can use the global search functionality of Xbar to sort through the entire database for accounts, contacts, and other records.
> Use the drag and drop functionality to quickly create new Infor CRM contacts, accounts, tickets, tasks and opportunities. Simply drag and drop a contact’s email signature into the Xbar to prompt the next steps.
> Under the “What’s New” option in the Xbar’s menu, you can view the conversations with a particular contact, lead, and user.
> Consistently turn email threads into defined tasks, opportunities, leads, accounts, tickets and more. If you are more familiar with Infor CRM or want to access it, simply use the “View in Saleslogix” button to open the profile in the CRM system.
> Use the card view option to see everyone in your CRM database that is associated with a specific account, lead, contact, email thread, or opportunity. Notes and tasks can be created directly from the card view.
> Turn unstructured email threads into defined task, opportunities, leads, accounts, tickets and more, by using the Xbar menu. You can also create tasks for yourself and Xbar will have reminders and alert you to pending work, past due activities, open opportunities, open tickets, duplicates, and more.
